Seek to Create "Heaven" of the Workplace

Sun Tzu says:
    "By Heaven, I mean the
       working of natural forces; 
       the effects of winter`s cold 
       and summer`s heat and the 
       conduct of military
       operations according to the 
       seasons."


Rather than confining ourselves to physical climate- winter`s cold and summer`s heat- let us consider the climate at our workplace.


Ask yourself whether the climate at your workplaces is warm, cohesive and happy as employees greet each other cheerfully and go out of their way to help one another without being asked. or is the climate cold, fragmented and gloomy where staff couldn`t care less for another? or worse, they stab each other`s back !


Likewise, consider the physical conditions, like the air-conditioning, heating and lighting, whether the ambiance is pleasant or not. Or whether people are clean and tidy about their workplace environment.
